Policy

What is the earliest I can check-in at the hotel?

Normally we can accommodate you by 3 P.M. but please give us a call at (701) 774-8020 to see if we can meet your accommodations.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11 A.M. CST. If you need a ‘late check out’ time please feel free to contact the Front Desk. A late check out after 1:30 P.M. CST will be charged a half-day rate. A late check out after 3 P.M. CST will be charged a full day rate.

Can I pay cash for my room at check-in?

We no longer accept cash as payment for rooms at check-in. Guests must provide a valid credit card for payment. We will run a credit approval to validate funds are available for payment. If you wish to pay cash when checking out, you may do so. However, it could take 1 – 3 business days before the credit hold releases your funds back to your credit card account.

Do you provide breakfast at the hotel?

Yes. We serve a hot breakfast every morning between 6 AM and 9 AM CST.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?

You can order entrees and appetizers at Lounge at Landmark any time of day or night. Just dial extension 109 during our Club Louie hours. Otherwise, please dial 0, and one of our Front Desk Agents can take your order.

Do you have pet rooms available?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly hotel. (Read our Pet-Policy) We charge a $100 cleaning fee per pet/per stay (limit of 2 pets). Service animals are exempt from this charge. For you and your pet’s convenience, we have pet stations located at each end of the hotel in the grassy areas.
